Five Ways To Supercharge Your Aura & Glow With Magnetism!

When you glow, the whole world knows!

It’s an energy of real abundance— free flowing, lit from within, open and expansive and so exciting to be near.  You become a flashlight…a beacon.  People look at you and know their dreams can come true.  You make the world a happier place to be!

This glow isn’t “woo woo.” It’s been measured, studied and even photographed. It’s known in New Age circles as the AURA.  (You can read more about this HERE.)  While we all can’t see auras readily, we can all feel auras.

A strong aura keeps you vibrant and feeling fantastic in every way….and there are so many vibrant ways to raise up your energy to surround yourself in love, rainbows of color and that sparkle that is irresistibly magnetic.

Glow baths:

These aura-strenthening baths are a favorite of mine.

Try it with— One cup of baking soda  + hot bath + a teaspoon of vitamin C crystals. Soak as long as you can and it’s all magnificence. 

Cold & hot shower blasts:

These bursts of water are thought to clear out negativity as they boost your circulation.

Try it by— Alternating hot and cold blasts of water for a few cycles in the shower.  (*not for the timid!)

Labradorite:

The Healthy Living Lounge talks about the power of this crystal to make your aura stronger.  I love using crystals to reinforce my intention:

“Labradorite has been shown by Kirilian photography to heal tears in the auric field by preventing leakage.  Holding a labradorite crystal for 20 minutes will last for about 12 hours after the stone is no longer worn.”

Wellbeing In A Nutshell talks about using nutrition to ramp up your aura. 

“Another way to become stronger and healthier, and to have a strong positive aura, is to avoid things that weaken or harm you. Avoid junk food, alcohol, drugs, and tobacco. They weaken your defenses and personal resolve. They cloud intuition and increase emotions. Counter-balancing the avoidance of negative things is incorporating more healthy things into your daily routine – exercise, nutritious foods, positive social experiences, prayer and meditation.”
