The best thing you can be in any situation is PRESENT.

It’s also the hardest thing for lots of us to achieve.

The world pulls us in a million directions, there are so many distractions and there’s barely room to breathe.

Sometimes energy collects around us in our heads or gets stuck in different parts of your body. Stuck energy is the opposite of wellness. When things get blocked and imbalanced, the anxiety kicks in. Thank you Dana I was feeling so bad ,my aunt pass away these last month,but like you said I have to back on track thanks 🙂
