Make A Super Smoothie

This really great little Smoothie How-To Chart from Super Skinny Me may inspire you to start drinking some breakfast! I saw a few really lovely ideas I’ve not run into before- adding herbs (basil, mint, lemongrass) or figs for flavoring…using beans as a thickener…. maybe some power berries like goji or mulberries for super food punch.  A little inspiration to get into more nutritional variety, more energy, and more flavor!  A little food & nutrition upgrade can shift your blahs almost instantly.  Enjoy! xoxo Dana

Hi Dana! I just came across your blog and its really great! I have a question for you. I’m at a loss with my new bedroom… On one wall there are two doors, the bathroom and the entrance. In between those doors is some wall space. On the wall opposite is a window. The wall to the right it mirrored closets and the wall to the left is empty but is facing the closet. If I put a bed there my head would be in line with the enterance door and looking at the mirrors. If I put it between the two doors then I have no room for night stands… So frustrated!! Grrrr … I would love to hear your thoughts! Im single so I really want to “make space for two” 🙂 Hopefully I wasn’t too confusing. Thank you so much!!

I can’t realllllly tell your set-up. But I can tell you have a “tight” space. Even some huge spaces are tight spaces based on their set up. If you opt for the space with no nightstands, can you fit small, rounded shelves on the wall or smaller tables beside the bed? What about two lights that face upward? You can always cover the mirrors with contact paper in the bedroom… or…. essentially, you have to think out of the box. find the space that feels best, and adjust from there! Every single space can be improved!!! 🙂 xoxo
